| A SurgeryCare ambulatory surgery center (ASC) will be located on the ground floor of one of the Medical Office Buildings. The 13,000 square foot outpatient surgery center will initially be equipped with 3 operating rooms and 2 minor procedures rooms. A 4th operating room will be ready to open when needed.
