TenetCare is Centennial Medical Center’s fresh, new approach to outpatient diagnostic imaging and testing. TenetCare has one simple goal: superior customer service. We provide our guests and doctors an efficient, streamlined experience delivered in a convenient, courteous and comfortable setting. Centennial Medical Center has teamed up with national partners like Dell, Eli Lilly and Toys-R-Us to provide our guests with special amenities. These include a children’s play area, technology center, media center, health resources center, gourmet coffee and snacks, terry cloth robes, slippers and lounges. TenetCare offers a personal experience that is very different from the traditional health care experience. Patients are greeted and then provided with a pager that alerts them when a service specialist is ready. TenetCare will offer a wide range of diagnostic testing services including Ultrasound, EKG, Nuclear Medicine, X-Ray, Mammography, MRI, Bone Densitometry and Computerized Tomography Scans.
Multiple testing procedures can be scheduled with a single phone call, making visits more convenient for guests and doctors. The TenetCare experience is designed to be about comfort, convenience and superior customer service.
