Our emergency department is designed to handle emergencies form minor to catastrophic. And, by utilizing advanced patient management system, we provide a streamlined, high-touch experience for our patients.

Optimized patient service

Centennial’s Emergency Department utilizes a wireless paperless emergency department management system (EMDS) to optimize patient services and quality of care. From the time a patient arrives, the EMDS helps maximize efficiency. Basic patient information “pops up” on the screens of wireless hand-held  electronic tablets, alerting the medical staff that a new patient is present and is awaiting evaluation. A physician can then proceed to the patient’s bedside. From there, the physician can begin evaluating the patient and order required tests. Test requests are electronically transmitted to the proper personnel as well as to the lab. As the patient moves through the department, a report is generated. Paper is absent from the process – from triage to treatment.

The Emergency Department is a part of the main campus at Centennial Medical Center located at 12505 Lebanon Road. Emergency medicine teams are on duty 24 hours a day.
