Joe ThomasonJoe Thomason joined Centennial Medical Center in 2009 to provide hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversee the company’s strategic development and long-term goals. Having worked in the Tenet Healthcare system for more than 20 years, Thomason has had ample opportunity to provide leadership and direction to major hospitals and medical organizations. Before settling in as CEO at Medical Center, Thomason spent 13 years in El Paso, Texas working for the Sierra-Providence Health Network and then moved on to head up management as CEO at Brownsville Medical Center. Thomason holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. He and his wife LeAnn reside in the hospital's local community and are the proud parents of two young sons. They enjoy being active in local civic and church activities.

Eric Boon joined Centennial Medical Center in April, 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Boon comes to Centennial Medical Center from Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake in Dallas where he served as Director of Operations and Strategy/Associate Administrator. With more than seven years of healthcare experience, he will oversee all daily operations of the hospital. He received his Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife Anna reside in the hospital's local community and are the proud parents of a daughter Nora.
Chief Financial Officer
Blaise Bondi joined Centennial Medical Center in October of 2005. As CFO and a member of the Administrative Team, Bondi is responsible for the organization's overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices. After beginning his career as a CPA, Bondi transitioned into healthcare in 1990, and three years later joined Tenet as an Asisstant Controller. Bondi now has more than 10 years of experience as a CFO and is able to share many great insights to keep the finances of medical center in order.
Calee Travis, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
With more than 30 years of experience in the nursing profession, Travis brings a high level of expertise to the senior management team, gained through a diverse background of clinical nursing leadership. Before joining Centennial Medical Center, Travis served as a chief of operations and vice president of perioperative services for Memorial Hermann Hospital at Texas Medical Center in Houston. She directed several performance improvement initiatives while working there, achieving numerous quality-driven awards for the program. Prior to that, Travis also served as the chief nursing officer for the Medical Center of McKinney in McKinney, Texas. Travis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Texas Women’s University in Denton. She also attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Johnson & Johnson fellowship for nurse executives at Wharton. Travis has just become a resident of Melissa and is excited to return to North Texas, a place she considers home.
Associate Adminstrator and Director of Business Development
Jamie Davidson, the associate administrator and director of business development, originally joined Centennial Medical Center in December 2010 as the physician development manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she will be responsible for the hospital’s strategic growth plans. Davidson has held numerous administrative positions throughout her career including director of digestive health and sleep medicine, and director of physician services and relations. Davidson earned her Bachelor of Arts in business management from Malone University in Canton, Ohio, and her Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn. Additionally, she received her Associate of Applied Business from Stark State College in North Canton, Ohio. Davidson currently lives in McKinney, Texas, with her husband David. They have four children, Ryan, Jenna, Joshua and Cassie.
Dallas Market Compliance Officer
Cindy transitioned into the Dallas Market Compliance Officer position in November 2014, after serving as the Hospital Compliance Officer for North Fulton Hospital. Prior to North Fulton Hospital, Cindy worked for Conifer Health Solutions as a Compliance Officer and Policy and Procedure Director. She holds a Master of Education degree in Health Promotion from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from Oregon State University and a certification in Healthcare Compliance. Cindy lives in McKinney, TX with her husband Sean and three children. She loves playing and coaching soccer, photography, scrapbooking and spending time with her family.
