Joe Thomason
Chief Executive Officer 

Joe Thomason joined Centennial Medical Center in 2009 to provide hands-on management of daily operations as well as oversee the company’s strategic development and long-term goals. Having worked in the Tenet Healthcare system for more than 20 years, Thomason has had ample opportunity to provide leadership and direction to major hospitals and medical organizations. Before settling in as CEO at Medical Center, Thomason spent 13 years in El Paso, Texas working for the Sierra-Providence Health Network and then moved on to head up management as CEO at Brownsville Medical Center. Thomason holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. Now happy to call Frisco his home, he and his wife, LeAnn, are the proud parents of two young sons and they enjoy being active in civic and church activities.
Reed Hammond
Chief Operating Officer 

Reed Hammond joined Centennial Medical Center in March 2012 as Chief Operating Officer.  With more than 10 years of combined clinical and administrative healthcare experience, he will oversee all daily operations of the hospital.  Hammond comes to Centennial Medical Center from Health Management Associates where he held various administrative roles including most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Gilmore Memorial Regional Medical Center in Amory,Mississippi.  Prior to transitioning into the healthcare industry, he worked as a production and financial analyst in the automobile industry.  Hammond earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.  He and his wife Missy reside in McKinney,Texas. 

Blaise Bondi
Chief Financial Officer

Blaise Bondi joined Centennial Medical Center in October of 2005. As CFO and a member of the Administrative Team, Bondi is responsible for the organization's overall financial plans, policies and accounting practices. After beginning his career as a CPA, Bondi transitioned into healthcare in 1990, and three years later joined Tenet as an Asisstant Controller. Bondi now has more than 10 years of experience as a CFO and is able to share many great insights to keep the finances of medical center in order. 



Calee Travis, RN
Chief Nursing Officer

With more than 30 years of experience in the nursing profession, Travis brings a high level of expertise to the senior management team, gained through a diverse background of clinical nursing leadership. Before joining Centennial Medical Center, Travis served as a chief of operations and vice president of perioperative services for Memorial Hermann Hospital at Texas Medical Center in Houston. She directed several performance improvement initiatives while working there, achieving numerous quality-driven awards for the program. Prior to that, Travis also served as the chief nursing officer for the Medical Center of McKinney in McKinney, Texas. Travis earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Texas Women’s University in Denton. She also attended the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and completed the Johnson & Johnson fellowship for nurse executives at Wharton. Travis has just become a resident of Melissa and is excited to return to North Texas, a place she considers home.  


Jamie Davidson, Associate Administrator and Director of Business Development Jamie Davidson
Associate Adminstrator and Director of Business Development

Jamie Davidson, the associate administrator and director of business development, originally joined Centennial Medical Center in December 2010 as the physician development manager. With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she will be responsible for the hospital’s strategic growth plans. Davidson has held numerous administrative positions throughout her career including director of digestive health and sleep medicine, and director of physician services and relations. Davidson earned her Bachelor of Arts in business management from Malone University in Canton, Ohio, and her Master of Business Administration in healthcare administration from Capella University in Minneapolis, Minn. Additionally, she received her Associate of Applied Business from Stark State College in North Canton, Ohio. Davidson currently lives in McKinney, Texas, with her husband David. They have four children, Ryan, Jenna, Joshua and Cassie.


Stephanie Talley
Chief Human Relations Officer

Stephanie Talley joined Centennial Medical Center in July of 2009 to provide comprehensive management and delivery of HR strategies, programs and services that will ultimately support the hospital’s growth. It is no secret that one of her favorite parts of the position is planning and implementing employee events and having the opportunity to interact with the staff. Most recently, Talley was the HR Director/Associate Administrator at Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett, Texas where she was able to assist in bringing employee satisfaction to the five-Star level for three consecutive years. Talley has been employed with Tenet since 1993 and has gained work experience in many of the various facets of human relations. Talley holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University. She currently resides in Plano, Texas with her husband and daughter.  

Chad Palmer 
Hospital Compliance Officer 

Chad Palmer joined Centennial Medical Center in September of 2007 after accumulating more than 18 years of leadership in healthcare management. He has been working at various locations as a Compliance Officer since 2004, and he continues to ensure that corporate and industry guidelines are on the forefront of administrator’s priorities.  Palmer holds a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Tyler, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work from Brigham Young University. Palmer is able to use his education and professional past to serve as a resource for hospital employees with questions about compliance, and also ensures that medical center is compliant with the privacy requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Most recently, Palmer spent three years at Nacogdoches Medical Center before relocating to Frisco, Texas with his wife. Together they have three children and six grandchildren, many of which are in the healthcare industry as well.
