• Cardiac catherterization (heart cath) is a method used to find blockages
• Cardiac balloon angioplasty (opens the artery to restore flow)
• Stenting (restores blood flow by implanting a wire mesh tube inside the coronary artery)
• Artherectomy (removal of calcified arterial plaque)
• Peripheral intervention using infusions, balloons and stents (opens the arteries of the body, such as the legs)
