This dedication to providing high-quality imaging services has awarded Centennial the America College of Radiology Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation.  Criteria for achievement included accreditation of our mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy services.

At Centennial, patients receive personalized care by clinicians who use advanced techniques for diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Our board-certified physicians are trained in some of the latest procedures, including:

  • Screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Breast ultrasound
  • Ductography
  • Breast MRI
  • Fine needle aspiration (FNA)
  • Stereotactic core biopsy and ultrasound-guided biopsy
  • Radiation oncology
  • Breast Reconstruction

In addition to annual physician exams, women are encouraged to follow the recommended guidelines for regular mammograms . Centennial uses some of the latest equipment and our qualified female technologists add a gentle human touch. Your mammogram will even be interpreted by two board-certified radiologists. When treatment is required, our team focuses on breast preservation by using sophisticated, minimally invasive procedures.

Please note: Self-referrals for Mammography screening services are accepted for all women over 40. All other appointments require a referral from you primary care physician.

Osteoporosis is a disease that results in a loss of bone density, which can make bones more susceptible to breaking. Although osteoporosis can affect any bone, fractures most commonly occur in the spine, hip or wrist. According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, one out of every two women will sustain a fracture related to osteoporosis. Thankfully, Centennial offers programs that address both prevention and diagnosis of osteoporosis, including bone density testing, which measures bone mineral content to determine the strength of your bones and test for osteoporosis.

Cardiac Services

Heart disease is the leading killer of women in the U.S. today and is accountable for twice as many deaths as all types of cancer combined. The good news is that it can be prevented.
